new R&S curriculum flash
Flash animation doesn't work on a local machine. I would like to access it on a local laptop instead of using an internet connection.

If you’d like to access the curriculum locally (not over internet), then you’ll need to use the Downloadable version of the course. Instructions are available from the Instructor Home Page within the course. Thank you for your post. -
Very good and better
Especially the interface is very user friendly.
The certificates and letter request process become simple.
The option for Assignment and announcement is good.
I would be grateful, if there is a facility to add a file by the teacher as a question in it. As of now i upload the question in the announcement and students submit their answers in the assignment link.

If you visit our Tutorials (NetSpace home=>Programs=>Tutorials), there are tutorials available under Assignments (choose Quizzes and Advanced Quizzes), which will show you how to add your own questions. tell me what software to view videos
your tutorial videos aren't loading anything more than a new window and I have no indication of what plug-in it is trying to access. should have a help section for viewing instructor tutorial videos.

The tutorials are Flash based tutorials. They can only be viewed on devices that support Flash. I hope this helps! Thank you. -

ASC need reseach the academy class record
Hello.
We are China ASC , we suggest that the ASC need reseach the academy class record via NetSpace.1 voteHello Chong,
ASCs have access to the ASC Dashboard in NetSpace that provides a high level view of curriculum activity within their supported academies. Due to privacy concerns, Cisco is not able to provide student information to any institution outside the academy. We are currently developing a new role that a Cisco Academy could assign to a representative from an ASC to allow them limited access to the academy’s Manage tab and Academy Success Dashboard. We plan on having this role available within the August/September timeframe. Thank you! -
Save button at the top.
This is a quiz request. When you work on a new question you are near the top of the window and questions you made earlier appear below. When you want to save, and we always want to save often, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to hit save. Quizzes can get very long. It should be at the top and the bottom.

load activity in new window
Get rid of that button. Why don't just load the activity directly after clicking its link in the assessments section. Same thing with the activation tool

Network Basics ILM is missing lab number or page number from reading
Im looking through the ILM for Network Basics and each lab is not numbered. How can we find where this lab is located in the course reading?

Create Link in Learn section that allows students to enroll in a class via a class seat token.
Being able to only redeem a certificate at the www.netacad.com front page is confusing for students. It would be better to have an option to redeem a seat token from within the system.

Do not display deleted accounts in "Add Existing" searches
If an account has been deleted from an academy under Manage->Manage Users, then this account should not be displayed when a search is made to add existing students to a course in that academy.
This is one of the main purposes for deleting incorrect accounts: so they won't be inadvertently used.

"load activity in a new window" - get rid of this!
Since just about everything task brings me to the page that has the blue dialog box "load activity in a new window' - why doesn't CISCO get rid of it?!

allow students to request/print certificates for classes they completed even if the course has been concluded
so far, it seems that when students pass a course, they can no longer request/print a course certificate if the class has been concluded by the instructor. To fix it, supposedly the NetAcad contact for the academy would need to un-conclude the course so students can request it. This should be changed and instead allow the students to request their certificates any time (after they pass the course, of course) regardless whether the course can be concluded or not.

Students can request their certificates for courses that have been concluded. All they will need to do is login to their account. There was a bug at one time that didn’t allow them to request them but it has been fixed. Thank you for your feedback.
