Allow the pre-built chapter quizzes to be able to be added to the grade book
If I can build my own quiz and have it scored and added to the grade book, why can't the already existing Chapter quizzes be scored and added to the gradebook?

Instructors use quizzes in many different ways. Many use them for self-assessment for the student. If you want to make it a graded quiz, it is very easy to do. Go to the Quiz that you would like to add to the Gradebook. Select Edit. Then change the Quiz type to Graded Quiz. You will then see an Assignment Group drop-down. Add it to the Assignment you wish and then press Save.

Allow multiple advanced activations for tests.
Allow instructors to set up more than one advanced activation at a time for example: Set up one activation to run from Friday from 5:30 pm to Wednesday at 5:15pm for a practice exam. Then set up another advanced activation from Wednesday at 5:30pm to Wednesday at 7:30pm for a graded test.
i am being told by the helpdesk that this is not available yet according to the Share Ideas. Kimberly Kupanoff responded to the same idea that it has been implemented.1 vote -
Create an app
Create an app so students can quickly access courses and files on their smartphones.

Many parts of the new ITE and CCNA R&S curricula: text, media, labs, quizzes, classroom tools, etc. are accessible for iOS devices. At this time, Packet Tracer and PT in assessments and PT-based games are not. Also, older flash-based curricula are not available.

Make the Certificate for IT5 look better
We have had a number of students express their disappointment at the look of the IT5 certificate. It doesn't look as good as the old style.

Instructors with two accounts
For some reason I have two instructor accounts. I am associated with two Academies. Based on Help Desk there is currently no way to merge both accounts. For organization purposes we should be able to have one account and select the Academy where we are teaching the course. Currently I have to create the course under academy 1 even when I will teach the class in academy two. Confusing and not organize.
Please merge both accounts and ties to the academies with teach.

Teaching Assistant role
It would be nice to have a Teaching Assistant role added as a non-student account in NetSpace. The teaching assistant role would need to have access to the student submissions and gradebook so they could help with grading in the course. It might even be nice if they could schedule exams. It would save me tons of time.

Some important webex presentations need to be available in downloadable format
Some webex presentations need to be discussed with a number of stakeholders. We need to use them again and again. Not all the discussion rooms have good Internet connectivity.
For example, the presentations on CCNA R&S fall in that category.
I have asked netacad answer and found the answer that presentations are copy protected through the WebEx tool.
But we need to talk with a number of groups of stakeholders, sometimes the online nature of the presentations work as a hindrance. Internet availability work as an impediment towards a successful meeting.

Add assessment duration to batch activation
Many instructors provide longer than the default 1 hour given for assessments. It would be nice to be able to set this in your activation profile so that instructors do not need to activate exams individually to be able to set the duration longer.

This is available in your Activation Profile. When you click on Activation Profile, in the second section is the Activation Window. You can set this for up to 90 days. There is an Activation Tool tutorial available from the NetSpace home page, click on Program then NetSpace Tutorials. Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Create announcements for several classes
It is perfect, that new announcement is now sent by mail too. I recommend add possibility to create announcements for several classes, where particular instructor is an primary or secondary instructor, or the best… to be able create announcements for several classes inside particular academy. So… check box could be added, where instructor can select which classes should announcement be addressed to. In actual state, I have to enter several classes to do this thing, and copy paste one announcement in several classes, so it is not very efficient. Thanks.

Bonjour!
Serait-il possible d'associer à la réception des différents post une alerte sonore? Ceci permettrait aux utilisateurs de Netspace d'être plus efficaces et de répondre promptement aux préoccupations des apprenants qui suivent les cours à Distances.
Surtout pour les rubriques:
- discussion,
- lorsque l'apprenant soumet son examen,Merci pour le travail que vous abattez.

Enroll students - Search on Institution ID
Please add functionality for searching on Institution ID (just like CNAMS). For large institutions, this is a huge time saver when enrolling students in the follow-on course for the next semester.

Until we can further develop and analyze the Institution Student ID functionality, we have decided to remove the field from the NetSpace User Interface. I apologize in advance for any frustration this may cause and ask for your patience as we work on the best way to support the Institution Student IDs.

HTML Pages need more flexibility
I'd like to have more flexibility when creating new pages. For example, I'm trying to create a pop-up window for a youtube video (don't want it embedded) using the following code:

After saving the page the code is altered to become:
<p><a href="#"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;">Pop-up Test</span></a></p>The pop-up issue is the only I've encountered so far, but I imagine there will be others as well. Can we change this?

Put again the "Search" tool in the Curriculum text
The "search" tool (the magnifier) appeared in the Netacad Platform for the CCNA courses, and was a great tool to easily locate a single word or expression in a whole Semester pages. Please add it again, guys!
