  1. Inform Instructors of Expiring Assessment Activations

    I activate the formative (Chapter) assessments for the maximum amount of time. I typically forget when they are set to expire, and students must remind me when they are unable to access an assessment.

    It would be a wonderful feature if I were to have the Activation Option of receiving an email or Netspace Canvas Inmail whenever an assessment was about to expire.

  2. hiding files to students

    The Files menu on the left shows locked items to students (for example the downloadable course files). Please add the possibility to really hide them from the students' view (it's not nice to see something you cannot use/access).

  3. Permit exceptions to Assignment deadlines

    This is really a request for the same capability for Assignments that we already have for Assessments. In Assessments, I can create a special activation for one or more students. I would like to have this same ability for Assignments that I create.

  4. add notes

    it would be useful for institutions that use cisco curriculum as part of a diploma for example, to be able to add notes to a student enrolment. this would allow us to annotate when students fail to complete a course, and later re enter the course. also could add notes about what may help a student perhaps with a learning difficulty etc

  5. Navigating "Share Idea" area

    When clicking the "Share Idea" button one would assume that it would be possible to quickly access the whole "Share Idea" area, but it seems it isn't.

    Can this be fixed, please?

    I’m not sure if you saw Johan’s comment. Please click on Browse Ideas at the top of the Share Idea area and you will be able to see the ideas submitted. Thank you! Also, thank you Johan for your comment!

  6. Curriculum should run on iPads too.

    Opening the course an authentication failure message occurs.

  7. Make this more user friendly. Can't even add myself as an instructor and extremely difficult to re-activate an exam consistently.

  8. Work with Eagle Software Aeries SIS

    It would be very helpful if you could work with Eagle software so that we could upload our Canvas Grade book right into the Aeries grade book. Could you work with them on this?

    The new way of weighting actually gives more flexibility. Please view the Weighting Assignments tutorial (NetSpace home=>Program=>NetSpace Tutorials). Please let me know if this doesn’t address your request.

  10. No email requirement for new enrollees

    When inserting new academy students into system using CSV upload and email address should be required because with new students we dont have email address for them yet. It should only be required once the 1st log in and set up there profile themselves.

    Hi Sean,
    There is an option to enroll students using Seat Tokens. This is available by clicking on the gear icon in the Enroll Students section.

  11. Allow sorting of students in "Enrolled Students List"

    It would be nice to be able to sort students by any of the column headings. This would allow for easier integration between Netspace and other LMSs such as Blackboard. It will also allow us to find individual students faster for tasks like resetting passwords.

  12. Separate iCal Calendar Feeds for individual courses

    I would like to have the option to provide the iCal Calendar Feed link for each of my individual courses to students for their personal calendars. Currently when I provide them the feed, they see all of the calendars for all of the courses I am running as one large calendar, instead of separate calendars. They are able to access the feed from their own personal profile, but I would like to also have the option to give it to them as well.

  14. Meaningful Web Page titles

    Some students are using tabs to have multiple chapters open. It would be very helpful if the tab titles matched the chapter or module names/numbers

  15. Download link for entire folder

    Can we have a "download link" for an entire class in the Curricula Resources area. For each individual class, instead of downloading the .zip files 1 by 1, what if we had a download course link as well.

  16. Please, as I can create Study Room in the menu NetSpace?

    It's a way to achieve more dynamic NetSpace placing a menu that allows establishing a virtual Logar to study

  17. Edit user accounts?

    We should have a way to edit user accounts. If I can delete a user account, why can't I edit it?

    For instance, I made a mistake when creating a new student and mistyped his email address. Deleting and re-adding the students would take too many steps. I should be able to edit the account and correct it, without calling support.

    Due to legal concerns, we can only allow users to edit their own names and email addresses. I apologize for the inconvenience.

  18. Add a search field for password reset

    We can only list the name of students page by page for password reset. Is it possible to have a "search" by name option to get faster to the name of the student we want to reset the password of.

  19. Send messages to students in closed courses

    In order to send information for upcoming events and courses I believe it would be very useful to be able to send messages to students that attended closed courses...

    Implementiation of a Virtual CCNP Instructor Fast Track course, for people with CCAI in CCNA + CCNP certified.

    I think is not necesary to take more courses if instructors already have CCAI
