Give us back the Global Support!
I can no longer access The Global Support, to open a new Ticket,
or to ask for Chat help, and to see my 400+ previous Tickets!
Neither I know where to open a Ticket for the above... :-(((
I'm always redirected to an ASC Support... but we are the ASC!!!

Hi Marco. You should definitely have several options to contact support as an ASC. I will open a ticket for you to get this resolved. As for the previous 400 tickets you submitted, the help pages have been redesigned and you will now receive emails when you open a ticket with the support desk.
