Password Reset
Please allow users to reset their passwords from the NetSpace log-in page beyond one-year. There is no link to the Help Desk on the log-in page and if someone needs to have their password reset, such as an alumnus, they have no way to resolve the situation.

Thank you for your feedback Lance, as Roger mentioned, students and non-students will be able to reset their password using the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Sign In page. -NetAcad Support

The password reset only works if you still have access to the mail box you used when you signed up to the academy. Without that you are royally screwed!

I agree wit this (sorry Lance I'm out of votes right now), but as a workaround I recommend to students in this situation that they click "forgot password." This will send a temporary password to the Email they have registered with the system.
