Make a big button at very first page for getting certificate/ letter since it is essential for every student. This will make easy for print

Thank you for your suggestion. The enhancement team has tried to make it possible to give different options for requesting the certificates and letters. Currently Students will be able to access these from their profile page and Instructors will be able to do this for their Students from the Course Management page. – NetAcad Support
