Modify Conclude and Permanently delete course buttons
Issue: Manual conclude course hyperlink is in a poor location. It is located under the 'Permanently Delete this Course' button.
One could understand the concern of pushing said button when the data / course is something that cannot afforded to be lost.
Story:
The issue i had today was trying to conclude a course from 2013. Attempting to adjust the end date of the course wouldn't work and resulted in an error message:
"The duration of this course must be between {0} days and {1} days. Please adjust the start and end dates to meet this criteria."
Start date was say 14/6/2013 end date was adjusted to 21/4/2014.
Proposed Solution: Change button display text from "Permanently Delete this Course" to "Conclude or Permanently Delete this Course"
Benefits: When soft closure occurs people wont need to adjust the end date as the link located here will conclude the course for them. This will then move it from Active to Concluded courses.
Concerns: Once in that window people may not see the hyperlink in the text. They may push the delete button. Maybe remove the hyperlink and add a button. :)

Please note: Just assisted another lecturer with concluding a course due to the soft closure. In their case we were able to adjust the end date. It may have been an error with the other lecturers acount / course that result it the above issue.
Please also note that the second lecturer also has elevated rights to myself and the first user issue. By elevated rights i mean that i don't have a 'manage' tab between Teach and Learn on the Netspace home page compared to the other lecturer that could change the end date.
