Academy ID number
Please provide a way for ITC or ASC to find the ID number for Academies. From time to time when academies buy equipment from the local cisco partner. The partner needs the Netacad ID number to process the purchase.

Hi Truls,
Academy ID numbers are provided in the ASC Dashboard available using the Access Academy Reports link under the Manage tab in NetSpace. ITCs can use the Academy Locator to find the ID numbers.

I have same problem. No where to enter the requested information, and no alerting to needing this ID when I purchased the training material. What a pathetic excuse for a website. This is what happens when 100 people from all over the world piece together a website. Something that makes no coherent sense. SO INFURIATING

Please don't be offended but I understand nothing of your answer :-(
The simplest thing, I think, is that I expose you my situation :
- I'm trying to register for the CCDA 200-310 exam.
- I prepared for he exam doing self training with the PDF version of the book, I did not attend any course.
- The last page of the registration process reads top left "Cisco-ID : ID Pending".
- Just below it read "(Jean-Daniel Bigler) The answer to the following question or statement is invalid: What is your Networking Academy ID? * The number is not correctly formatted."
- My Cisco ID is CSCO11285803 but I don't know how and where to add it to my profile.
- I odn't know what a Network Academy ID is or whether I have one, or what mine is.
- There is no field in the registration formular or in the profile page to put it in.
- The registration process refuses to go onwards with an ill-formatted Network Academy ID.
- I have a NetAcad ID : 39780477.Now, I'm stuck.
I'm unable to finish my registration and the Pearson web site "support page" won't enable to post questions; I just keep turning round and find nothing helpful :-(Please Kimberly help out this vicious circle.
