new R&S curriculum flash
Flash animation doesn't work on a local machine. I would like to access it on a local laptop instead of using an internet connection.

If you’d like to access the curriculum locally (not over internet), then you’ll need to use the Downloadable version of the course. Instructions are available from the Instructor Home Page within the course. Thank you for your post.
