Thank you for your feedback, Abdelkader, however, since Final Exams are tied to Certification Vouchers, we are not able to allow Instructors to modify Final Exam items. -NetAcad Support

We have experienced in the ITN exams, that the PT started with "empty screen", i.e. PT did not load the task to work on. If this happened for a student, it remained unchangeable, so he was unable to answer these questions. This happened also for some students during the Final Exam of the ITN. The students were complaining, that the exam was not fair for them, and they got not real scores. I accepted their complain, and so I have to recalculate the scores for all the students without considering the PT questions (so giving the same evaluation for each student). I think it would be much more easy, if I could remove these questions from the Final Exam, as the suggestion tells.
