Clarify NetAcad users' roles

I would appreciate if a comprehensive document with all activities/tasks allowed to each role within NetyAcad could be provided. Something like a comparative table between contact, staff, success lead, asc academy specialist, instructor user roles and best practice/suggested use for this roles.

    I've checked NetAcad FAQs and tried to interact with Morgan, but I still cannot retrive the information I need in a easily readable format. From my perspective, this suggestion has not been delivered.
