Provide solutions to assessment problems on Student Accessible FAQ page
We run a very large Academy with ~900 students every year undertaking CCNA, as such when problems occur we have a lot of them to deal with. One issue is when students undertake assessments. While the final assessments are in a supervised classroom, the individual module tests are for feedback and done on students own devices.
Two recent problems which have occured in the past include:
1) The questions in a NetAcademy test are blank. This is apparently due to browser configurations, yet it is hard for teaching staff to remember this and burdening the support line for a problem with a "this is how you configure Chrome if it doesn't work" question is a waste of everybodies time
2) The Packettracer based questions in a test crash PacketTracer. Talking to support it appears that an uninstall/reinstall of PacketTracer might fix the problem. Again, taking up support time for a simple (at least first) step is wasteful
I would like to propose that answers to these sort of questions "*** is not working on NetAcademy via my Browser YYY version Z.Z.Z" should be put on a FAQ page for students to access as a first port of call
