  3. Have the option to conclude completed students from a class so that only new students are listed as active

    Have the option to conclude completed students from a class so that only new students are listed as active within that class , it would cut down on the amount of new classes for each enrollment.

  4. The time of chapter exam is not limited, I tested this issue with default and advanced activation.

    Hi Larissa,
    If you go to the Activation Tool on your course home page, under the Advanced Activations, you will be able to set the time for the assessments up to 90 days. The Default Activation is limited to 1 hour. Thank you!

  9. Should students be able to see instuctor tutorials?

    I created a dummy student account and that account can go to programs and then netspace tutorials. Are the students suppose to be able to watch the video for example "Inside Cisco NetSpace: Assignments" and others

    Hi Brian,
    Thank you for making us aware of this! They should not be able to view the Inside Cisco NetSpace recordings. We are looking into this and will make the change. Thanks again!

  10. Test activation

    Under the old site students could select up to 15 questions per screen. That is how I like to view a test and most of my students. How do I set that in the new site.

    Hi Loubna,
    When you go to enroll students, click on Add Existing and type in part or all of the student’s name. Click on the student you are looking for. I hope this helps. Thank you!

  16. Les étudiants ont la possibilités de modifier leurs scores dans le gradebook.

    Bonjour!

    Je viens de constater que les apprenants ont la possibilité de modifier leurs scores dans Netspace à partire de la rubrique "Notes" ou "Grade".

    L'image ci-dessous est une illustration, je suis inscris dans cette classe comme étudiant et ma vue me donne la possibilité de modifier mes notes.

    Prière de nous confirmer si cette option est activée expressement ou pas.

    Hi! This is available to the students so they have an option to see what their grade would be if they score a certain number on the test. It is called the “What If” score. This does not change their score in the instructor’s grade book. Thank you!

  17. Headlines

    In Academy Connection was a link View all Headlines on home page.
    I am uncertain if an option to list all of the Headlines is available in NetSpace.

  18. Printing Certificates eventhough the requirements are not met

    Instructors and Students are allowed to print Certificates if they Fail the class or do not meet any of the requirements to complete the class.

    Hi Kenton,

    The links for “Get Certificate” or “Get Letter” show on a student’s profile page regardless if they have completed the requirements for the course. If student a student clicks on the link and hasn’t met the requirements or been marked Complete by the instructor, they will get an error message that says, “Your instructor has not yet completed you in this course. Please try again later after you have completed the course.”

    If students are marked Complete in the course by the instructor, they will be able to print their Certificate of Completion. The only way they will be able to print the Letter of Merit is if they score 75% or more on the Final Exam.
