How can you re-enable final exam
I have a problem, last week I started the final exam for CCNA1 but could not finish considering I was ill, but got the final exam tomorrow but when I checked my account it says "Instructor must re-enable the test" what should I do?

Please contact your instructor to have your exam re-enabled. If they have any questions on how to accomplish this task they can contact the Support Desk directly.

Since few days, the email of every student, previously shown aside the student name under the People and Grades tags, has disappeared.
Please re-establish this column, we need the student's email very often!!!

Search a student
A old student came for asking certificate; he has forgot his ID also ; i have many classes i am not able to locate which class he is from; is there any option or a search section so that i can type the student name and search his name in the academy

Administrators for academies can search for students from their “I’m Managing” tab. Students can also contact the Support Desk regarding their account to re-gain access.

Reduce pass Mark for tests
Current pass rates are very high with tests on each chapter. It will be good if the test pass Mark can be reduced

Filter sending messages over the different academy users
For example, in our ITC academy, if I want to send a message only to instructors .. I can`t.

This feature is not available in Cisco NetAcad or to ITCs at this time. ASCs do have the ability to send a message to all of the academies they support. If you have any questions on the ASC process please contact the Support Desk.

See the curricula downloaded locally on a PC or Server
Viewing the pictures in the curricula pages, if downloaded locally, has become impossible (to me) because of issues with Flash and Shockwave (files .swf), regardless if I use Chrome, Explorer, Edge (they would have an internal Flash Player) or Firefox (which uses the system Flash).
No way I install, enable, permit, allow, the execution of Flash content, the figures or the animations or movies do not show up at all. Either I see a rolling wheel, or the VLC icon in a gray background, or nothing... :-(
Can still anybody use the currucula locally???

At this time you should be able to use the downloaded version of the curriculum without Flash. I have created a case for you with our support desk. Please look for an email from them.

a problem with the pratical assesment of CCNA3 of EIGRP
I am an instructor within the Setif academy and we have just finished our CCNA 3 at the IFP Bir Khadem in Algeria, I passed my CCNA3 practice test EIGRP but to my great surprise the score was 75% gold that my configuration was correct and the score was the same for my colleagues in the instructor class then we discovered with our instructor an alert on the internet that warned students who had to pass this exam that he had to temporarily uninstall their package trace and install version 7.0 to have a score of 100% and that's what…

Cybersecurity Essentials item addition
On 1.5.2.2 of Cybersecurity Essentials, you list the different student organizations that offer cybersecurity competitions. Business Professionals of America (BPA) also offers cybersecurity competitions. Consider adding BPA to your list, as many networking academies also participate in BPA.

Make assessment questions more closely reflect the chapter content.
For example: In CCNA2 R&S Chapter 3 Exam there's a question regarding using the RIP network. The chapter states the command enables RIP advertisements on interfaces that belong to the specified network. On the exam the answer is "it identifies the interfaces that belong to a specified network." Identifying a network is much different than enabling RIP to advertise across an interface. Each Cisco exam seemingly has at least one question where the answer does not match what the chapter content states.

Thank you for the feedback. We do value Curriculum and Assessment feedback and encourage instructors to contact the Support Desk directly to report these issues. Once an issue has been identified it is added to an Errata list posted to the course resources area in Cisco NetAcad.

Fix resistance in ITEv6 question 1.1.1.4
The question states: There are 3.3V passing through an orange power supply cable, and there are 0.025 ohms of resistance in the orange wire. How much power is supplied to the orange wire by the power supply?
The instructor answer page states "P = V2/R = 3.3V X 3.3V/.25ohms = 43.56W." Following the question the answer should be 435.6 watts.
Fix the question to read .25 ohms versus .025 ohms.

Problem

This error doesn´t permit some students to take assesment of the course UI-CCNA3-8vos-ABCD-TM-2019-2019, By example the case of Sivinta Almachi Luis Franklin luiguipl@hotmail.com; Guilcaso Riera Walter Fernando petacho87@hotmail.com; and other students.

Letter of merit
To receive a letter of merit, a student must pass the final exam with at minimum 75% at first attempt. It means that if a student fails his 1st attempt, he will not be able to receive the letter.
However, if I unroll the student in a different class, the system does not retain/remember the student assessment history and so the letter can be requested upon passing the final exam in the nex class.
