  1. Resources Naming for Courses

    Please name the resources with the course name included. When you download a Scope and Sequence document for multiple classes it is called Scope and Sequence and the only way to tell the difference is to open each one and rename it. This is true for most resources.

  2. Allow bulk deletion to remove students from the course

    When you enroll students, you have an option to bulk enroll students using a .csv file. Is it possible to use the same way to do bulk delete? Just add students and perform bulk delete. Currently it takes quite a bit time to remove each student one by one from the course.

  3. Demo/Student course access for interested institutions

    As CSR PM I think the following option is much needed:
    We are often in contact with schools and institutions that are interested to become a Networking Academy. However it happens sometimes that they would like to explore the course content (core courses) and NetAcad.com itself before applying.
    Right now we, as CSR PM's, have no option to enroll externals (teachers, deans etc) to core courses as students. This would make the positioning of NetAcad to new institutions much easier and convince easier new schools to apply.

  4. Documents for registering as alumni and access to aluni courses

    Please create a document describing the process for registering as alumnus and accessing future releases of the courses the student has already completed.

  5. Class Management

    I want to suggest that, after enrollment, those students who failed to complete their registration (those with "Resend invitation) should be filtered and managed. Either to collectively delete or re invited.
    Since they are not together, they difficult to manage.

  6. Institution Legal Name Change Request

    As an ASC I get more questions on how to change the legal name of an institution from new CA Leads than anything else. Can we put a link to this request under the Manage Institution Options or inside the Update Academy Information page? Right now it hides in "plain sight" because it is not where people expect to find it.

  7. Translate CCNA R&S INT V.6.0 to Spanish with all Resources

    Instructors need all resources translated to Spanish like Instructor PowerPoints, labs, ...not only the curriculum.

  8. Name of Course on New Interface pages (Aug 2016 release)

    (The new interface released August 2016) Could you place the name of the course on the top of the Assignment, Grades, etc pages in the large white blank space, as appeared in the past and on the current home page? With multiple pages,links and courses open, it's difficult to know which course I'm viewing.

  9. Add Errata link to Course Resource Pages

    Currently the errata sheets for curriculum are almost impossible to locate with the updates to NetAcad.com. We ask instructors to check the errata sheets before submitting a ticket with the support desk, but currently they are buried in about 6 clicks and very hard to find. I suggest we place a link on the appropriate course resource pages that points to the current errata sheet.

  10. Award and recognition Certificatess

    In new Netacad interface instructors are not able to download the pdf version of his/her award (Women In Networking, Rising Star, Instructor Excellence etc.) or recognition from the Netacad profile. Those who didn't downloaded now they are not able to download it. It will be very helpful for the instructor if the download option is open.

  11. Gradebook export should correctly show the Instructor Use Only field

    When downloading the xls file from the gradebook:
    "Instructor Use Only - Assign Student Pass Status" always shows a zero regardless of whether the student passed or failed. Can it be changed to show something similar to what appears in the gradebook (A: Approved, F: Failed)?

    Al descargar el archivo de calificaciones a formato xls, el renglón:
    "Instructor Use Only - Solo para uso del instructor para asignar calificación de aprobación al estudiante" aparece siempre en cero, independientemente de que el estudiante aparezca aprobado…

  12. Move the graded courses and finshed webinars to history under learn tab

    Please, make an option to move the graded courses and webinars under Learn tab to the history. For example, self paced courses that already finished as well as old webinars are still appears under learn tab.

  13. Manager / Instructor should default to Instructor (or be made into a configurable preference)

    When you log in (as of a couple of weeks ago maybe?) Netacad now takes Manager / Instructors to the Manage tab (Which I pretty much never use).

    Every tab-open of Netacad now (5-20 times/day?) brings an extra click -- how many people actually use Manage more than Teach? I have been told this was put the way it is now based on votes -- if this is cutting into your efficiency as it is for me, vote for this to be reversed!

  14. When searching for existing students to enroll allow instructor to stay on search page.

    When searching for student by name (not by class) it would be nice to have a second button at the bottom that says 'Enroll selected student and continue to search'. Currently when you search for one student and click 'Enroll selected students' it returns to the previous page.

    Thank you again for your feedback. We have released a new version of the teach tab. Please click “Try New Version” to review some of the changes. When you click on “Edit Course” you can enroll students from another course, CSV file, or by name. The site will not redirect you back to the main page after you enroll a student.

  15. Group/tree/sort instructor classes.

    It would be great for an Instructor/manager to group/tree/sort his classes in one folder, especially if he has many concurrently opened.

  16. Instructor Home link causes frequent mis-clicks!

    Try logging in as an instructor and as you load each page, quickly click on a link (like Grades or Activation Tool). Almost every time as you go to click, the whole list suddenly shifts down one space because the Instructor Home link has "popped in" in the meantime. The result? You hit an unintended link and end up on the wrong page. Try it! Could this Instructor Home link go to the bottom or something? It's not even appropriately named -- it's a list of resource links! Let's call it Instructor Resources and shove it to the bottom…

    As of today, you will notice the Instructor Home link is at the bottom, so it will no longer shift down the other links when it loads. Thanks for helping make NetAcad even easier to user.

  18. Ability to search students by name in a course

    Given I'm editing the course from the teach tab, I want to search students by name so that I can get certificates, resend invitations or reset passwords. This is important for courses that have more than 50 students.

  20. Can a student switch between diffrent language?

    Thank you for your feedback. In newer courses, students can view the curriculum in the available languages after launching the course, by selecting the “Languages” option at the bottom of the page. This type of feature will continue to be added to new versions of the curriculum.
