Messages could not be sent either in the system nor via mail
i tried to sent messages to the class via the inbox functionalitiy.
The messages either appear in the inbox nor via mail.

Enrolling existing students just hangs

CCNA 2 Practice Exam is unable to see incorrect answers
Can you tell me why my student cannot review questions answered incorrectly, and if this is an issue, fault the problem to fix it?

Assignments are changing to Devoirs
Hi,
After activation a chapter test, going back to the assignment page, I have noticed that sometimes the English word in the breadcrumb path "course name > assignments > Chapter 6 exam" changes to its French equivalent "course name > Devoirs > Chapter 6 exam" !!.

Test Answers online – Cheating - Pursue Websites who Leak answers
A quick minute with Google reveals that many websites are actively leaking Lab answers, study guide answers, Chapter test answers as well as final exam answers. Many forums/communities online support active cheating in the Cisco academy, the value of the letters CCNA on a resume mean less to a company if they know a student can cheat their way through. I have caught 2 students cheating with these sites. Cisco, PLEASE pursue these offenders now, send a message before the NEW CURRICULUM is released, the nobility of our jobs, and the honor of CCNA is on the line.

Manage enrollment : Half of classes are missing, why ?

1 voteDenis. From the teach tab, click on the gear icon next to the course name. That will link you to the course info page. At the bottom of the page you can add additional students. If that doesn’t work for you, please contact the support desk.

Repair the advanced activation for assignments -
Tha advanced activation didn´t work for more than 2 weeks since begin of December. All of our about 170 students currently enrolled in Modul 1 do the tests at home, so default activation, with a timeframe of 1h isn´t an option. The christmas holidays coming up now are a preferred time to do the tests. The open ticket (for a week now) is without any notice, when this will be fixed.

assessment cheating
My students found that you can use the back button once you've completed an assessment to reset the timer and begin the test again. Combined with viewing their assessment feedback in another tab this could be problematic.

Some of my ITC courses are not showing
Hi, I am unable to create a CCNA or CCNP fast track courses. Our academy was part of the Beta migration phase and other courses appear but not the fast track. Please see attached,
