  2. Problem

    "Sesión de evaluación no válida, la sesión no es válida para iniciar esta evaluación..."
    This error doesn´t permit some students to take assesment of the course UI-CCNA3-8vos-ABCD-TM-2019-2019, By example the case of Sivinta Almachi Luis Franklin luiguipl@hotmail.com; Guilcaso Riera Walter Fernando petacho87@hotmail.com; and other students.

  3. Make assessment questions more closely reflect the chapter content.

    For example: In CCNA2 R&S Chapter 3 Exam there's a question regarding using the RIP network. The chapter states the command enables RIP advertisements on interfaces that belong to the specified network. On the exam the answer is "it identifies the interfaces that belong to a specified network." Identifying a network is much different than enabling RIP to advertise across an interface. Each Cisco exam seemingly has at least one question where the answer does not match what the chapter content states.

  5. Update the RSE Chapter 2 Practice Skills Assessment - PT

    One of my students informed me that exam RSE Chapter 2 Practice Skills Assessment - PT contains questions that are covered only in Chapter 5 of CCNAR&S2, such as Port-security. I believe that the contents of this exam should be changed to match the topics that are covered until Chapter 2, or turn this exam to become a RSE Chapter 5 Practice Skills Assessment - PT.

  6. a problem with the pratical assesment of CCNA3 of EIGRP

    I am an instructor within the Setif academy and we have just finished our CCNA 3 at the IFP Bir Khadem in Algeria, I passed my CCNA3 practice test EIGRP but to my great surprise the score was 75% gold that my configuration was correct and the score was the same for my colleagues in the instructor class then we discovered with our instructor an alert on the internet that warned students who had to pass this exam that he had to temporarily uninstall their package trace and install version 7.0 to have a score of 100% and that's what…

  7. Provide solutions to assessment problems on Student Accessible FAQ page

    We run a very large Academy with ~900 students every year undertaking CCNA, as such when problems occur we have a lot of them to deal with. One issue is when students undertake assessments. While the final assessments are in a supervised classroom, the individual module tests are for feedback and done on students own devices.
    Two recent problems which have occured in the past include:
    1) The questions in a NetAcademy test are blank. This is apparently due to browser configurations, yet it is hard for teaching staff to remember this and burdening the support line for a problem…

  9. Current Browser Support

    Can we please get a comprehensive list of which browsers are fully supported in the test environment so as to avoid issues of students being unable to view parts of some questions if using the "wrong" browser

  10. Assesment re-enable problem

    Only one student can not take CH8 PT exam, because he saw:" Instructor must re-enable.", but I as Instructor saw:"enable" and disable didnt work. (He didnt start this assesment before.) So we waited until assesment expired and then I try to start assesment again. BUT! I cant see this student on the Student card on this assesment! What can I do? "Help" on main page doesnt work.

  11. Connecting Networks Ch 3 PT skills assessment

    This assessment is launching variables, but the instructions and the topology naming conventions do not match. This was with multiple students (around 15) launching it at the same time. It seemed to be a mixture of the topology and the activity instructions, but nobody had the topology and names that matched in a single instance.

  12. wrap on questions

    Students report that questions in assessments do not wrap and they have to right scroll to see the whole question. Implement word wrap is suggestion

  13. randomize questions

    Allow instructors to give assessments in different random order of questions. So question 1 is not same for all students but is 1 for some and 5 for another and 10 for another for instance. To help prevent cheating

  14. fix errors in assessments

    Hi. I'm Marina. Sorry, but I think that some answers in [CPP] Chapter 1 Assessment are wrong:

    20 question - the right answers are: deque & list, because the basic container must support front(), back(), pushback(), and popfront ()(vector doesn't support pop_front) => it can't be used in queue

    23 question - the right answers are: deque, vector & list, because the basic container must support back(), pushback(), and popback ()(all those containers do)

  15. CCNA1 Chapter 3 test question

    The following question causes confusion as it is not an accurate in the data that is encapsulated. The packet encapsulates the data segment with logical addressing. The logical address is not what is encapsulated, it encapsulates the segment.

    At which layer of the OSI model would a logical address be encapsulated?

    physical layer

    data link layer

    network layer

    transport layer

  16. Include some options into Assessment components marking.

    Kindly find attached the screen shot of another LMS system. In that system, once you open multiple tries for the student(s) then it ask you to select which marks to be posted in the grade book:

    Highest Score / Last Score / Average Score

    This option gives you flexibility and lets you save the clerical efforts. Imagine, while using Netacad, I've 200 students and if I give 2 to 3 attempts to all of them for two or three PT Skills Assessment activities then I need to manually input the highest grade in the current Netacad system, provided the students…

  17. Can we make assessments accessible to screenreaders like Google Read & Write?

    We have really great material for supporting students with disabilities -- is there a technical barrier to making this possible? I have students with learning disabilities, dyslexia, etc. who are excellent computer engineers -- they understand the theory, they can perform on practical tasks and challenges ... they're just not proficient readers.

  18. Fix RSE 6.0 Skills evaluation topology

    I've noticed and error in the topology picture on the instructor and student copy of the RSE skills assessment.

    S1 shows both PC-A and Trunk to R1 connected to port F0/5. PC-A should be connected to port F0/6 on the diagram.
    Can this be corrected quickly as I am about to teach this course face to face

    J'aimerais bien que vous ajoutiez dans le sous menu "Modules" d'un cours et exactement dans la rubrique "Exigences" en modifiant les paramètres d'un module, l'exigence qui demande d'un étudiant de faire par exemple l'examen préliminaire avant de faire l'examen de chapitre 1, c'est à dire que les examens doivent être réalisés selon l'ordre ou ils sont (préliminaire==>chapitre1==> chapitre2,.....).

  20. Packet Tracer Assessments WORKS POORLY or not at all

    The Packet Tracers assessment questions HAVE NEVER WORKED reliably. Can the Network academy please overhaul how this work.

    Currently, the only way I can get it to launch is with chrome and our college does not support chrome in our lab environment. Even then it works about 60% of the time. It just gets stuck with the loading bar making no progress.
