Current Browser Support
Can we please get a comprehensive list of which browsers are fully supported in the test environment so as to avoid issues of students being unable to view parts of some questions if using the "wrong" browser
Thank you for the suggestion. We are working on updating the recommendation FAQ posted in Cisco NetAcad. Cisco NetAcad will work best on one of the latest two versions of Firefox or Chrome.

hi, I am working on IT Essentials, I have completed all 14 chapters and am waiting to take the practise and final exam which my tutor as unlocked but i can't access them i have tried edge, chrome , firefox. i have cleared all temp files and cookies. the tutor say that cisco say it is working but not my laptops, i have tried four and a PC, help please
