In the "New Experience" platform you cannot "HIDE" the gradebook icon/section from Student view, even after going through the process of "turning on editing" in the Gradebook and going to the "Setup" tab. Then I chose under the "Actions" column for the entire section and changed it to "Hide", saved changes and then went into the "Student View". The grade section is still showing up. For college who use a separate eLearning platform and Netacad is a supplement for selected content, labs, and exams, This is crucial as not to cause confusion for the students. I have additional assignments in my primary eLearning system and want that Gradebook to be the only one students can access. This was a basic functionality in the previous platform. Why was it removed or not carried over to the new platform? There are simple basic functionality that was not migrated. Very frustrating handcuffs.
