ENSA PT 5.1.9 has an error
I tested this Packet Tracer Activity and discovered that the interfaces on R1 are connected backwards. The F0/0 and F0/1 interfaces are connected to the File Server and the Web Server instead of to the LANs. The E0/0/0 and E0/1/0 interfaces are connected to the LANs instead of to the FIle Server and Webserver. I have not figured out how the initial connections could have worked.
