I would like to bring this to your attention that the current system ,the instructors cannot rest passwords for students as per the previous system the way it used to be.

And currently we have an outreach that we are carrying out,were we are dealing with the community who need our support and it’s in rural and some urban areas where internet and computers are still for sharing and some of the students are still computer illiterate . So I humbly request the developer and Cisco Technical Team to return THE RESET PASSWORD LINK FOR THE INSTUCTORS due to the level at which our countries are developing and adapting in Technology is different. And the students are slow LEARNERS.

Also the mailing page, where Instructors could communicate or send messages to students for any update or easy accessibility should be returned.
Then this is to my observation that also the current system. Shows all the previous classes that were complete and were in history , where students had finished the course and had done all the course feed back and the finals. But the current system is showing them as incomplete and for this case we don’t know where we shall get this students.
Please help us ASAP on these issues before the Cisco quarter is ends. Because the metric score will not look good for our Academies.
