Add module numbers in Assessment Center - activation
The only name of module groups is not clear enough to select the right assessment to activate. Please add the module numbers too (i.e. 7-10) !!!

Thank you for the suggestion. We are unable to implement at this time. We will keep this in mind for future improvements.
One recommendation is to use the individual exam links in the course instead of the assessment center.

What if option
it would be nice to have a what if option under the grade book. When it comes time for finals, most of my students want to know what grade they have to make on the finals to pass the course. It would be nice if we could click a "What if" button so we could see values or plug in temp values. So like what would they have to make on the 2 finals to get a c in the class.

Assignments Page Submission Grade columns
Assignments Page Submission Grade columns
At a quick glance I can see how many submissions for each assignment that I have to grade on the Assignments page. I noticed nothing ever changes on the Grade column.
However, after grading a few assignments there could be additional submissions. If there are 10 students and I graded 7 assignments one time, when I go back to the assignments page again it does not give me a quick overview of how many submission need grading in the Grade column versus how many have been submitted in the Submission column.

Syntax Checker
I would like to require students to complete the Syntax Checker activities during class and I go around check them. Is there a way to make a message appear after a Syntax Checker is completed indicated whether the student clicked the "Show" or "Show All" button? This would indicate they didn't actual complete it on their own.

Notify Students of Assignment Comments & Feedback
The system does not send students a message when the instructor add a "Comment" to the assignment...... This should send the an alert that a comment has been posted to the assignment...

Create a student self-unenrol link / option on all courses and opt-out on NetAcad emails
over a number of years we have been using some of the scalable features within netacad, using the gradebooks for mass communication with students and the self-enrol for large scale outreach and engagement - all excellent positives.
However, less than 0.1% of students once they join feel that they have rights under data protection legislation (such as GDPR) which we must observe - with this in mind, we would like the addition of these two features.

Provide at a Glance Indication of Assignments that Need Grading
It would be very nice if the LMS provided a way to easily identify the assignments that need to be graded.
One of the gripes my instructors complain about is not being able to quickly identify the assignments that need grading without first having to select an assignment or student. We are thinking of just moving the PTs and Labs to the college's LMS as the upload venue.
I'm pretty sure all instructors appreciated Canvas in that you could see all students and all items that needed grading at a glance.

Display due dates on Instructor View
Please display the due dates on the instructor view, just like they are displayed in the Student View. It will make it SO much easier to update due dates it we could see them and change them. Now if we see them in the student view, we cannot change them unless we switch back to instructor view (where we cannot see them).

LTI Integration
I use netlabs for my cisco lab environments for students to use via html. Netlabs allows LTI and an export package that can easily be added to moodle if the feature set is turned on for Instructors to customize further.

Option to NOT Create NEW accounts on bulk import.
Suggestion for Management.
When you upload a CSV (Course Add Students) can you ADD a CHECK BOX that says "DO NOT CREATE NEW ACCOUNTS" when there is no match.
If the student e-mail has changed at our institution but not updated on NetAcad, the new e-mail address automatically (in the CSV) creates a NEW account!
Problem: Then the student CAN NOT change their correct account e-mail as it shows as used by the NEW (created in error) account.

Block, lock Students
In the old system, I was able to block students so that they were still in a course but no longer received any activation. I don't want to delete the student from the course, just block it from activities.

NETACAD Grade Book Grading Procedure
My grade book screen displays don't lend themselves to easy manipulation when grading 20+ students and 10+ lab assignments. There doesn't seem to be a documented procedure to isolate a screen full of students and be able to see a slider bar at the bottom and simultaneously the headings at the top for some number of columns. I would think instructors would prefer to see sections of the grade book both horizontally and vertically when grading assignments for students. Would like to have both controls on the screen to see student names and assignment names without having to scroll up…

Figure out some way to include module numbers covered by assessments in CCNA courses when activating assessments
Since version 7.0 of the CCNA courses came out the module numbers do not show on the assessment server pages (create and manage activations). The assessments do not appear in any order that makes sense either. This means that when activating or managing an assessment I need to go back to the main page of the course and find the name of the assessment under the list of modules and then go to the assessment page and find that assessment.
This is a UX disaster! Really, when working with multiple assessments it wastes a considerable amount of time flipping back…

Commenting feature is missing
It has become quite difficult with the new system to provide comments and feedback on the files that the students submit as part of their assignments. The provided space to write comment is not useful. I would like to request if this feature is added back, since it existed in the previous platform before migration to Moodle. Commending and writing feedback should be made possible directly on the submitted file without downloading it. The instructor should be able to open the document online and write the comments and it should be automatically visible to students as soon has the comments…

Show Due Dates for All Activities
When scheduling Exams in ITE, the dates are not visible on the Course Home page. This would be especially useful since these dates do not show in the calendar either. So basically, there is no way to see due dates in the modules, you must use another source like a pdf or printed calendar.

Thank you for posting to Share Idea. We are unable to implement changes to the way due dates appear for exams in the course at this time. We encourage you to manually add due dates to the calendar. We will be looking into this for future releases.

Instructor PowerPoints for Cloud Security Course
I know the course is self-paced learning experience but I think it is a good option to add Instructor PowerPoints for this course. especially for us who are in countries not native English speakers. Thank you.

Badges for all OpenEDG Programming Courses.
I think our students makes an enormous efforts to complete Courses like PCAP, CPA, CPP. so I believe they deserve to get a digital Badge as a reward. and on the other hand this idea will increase the marketing for these courses.

Thank you for the suggestion. We have already started working on adding badges for Python in the new Platform Skills for All. As we continue to converge with this platform over the next year, we will continue to look at adding additional badges when possible to these courses.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are not able to add the ability to download course feedback results from each course. However, you can see this information from the Academy Success Dashboard and using the gear icon in the report you can export this information.
