Launch Course
Click “Grades”
Click “Setup”
Go to “Edit” under Actions and select “Edit Settings” under the Category
Under the section “Grade Category”, click “Show More”
Under “Aggregation” you will see a link to “Exclude empty grades”Note: We are working on an FAQ for this.

Letters and Certificates, Downloadfile is empty
The download file of letters and certificates are empty
I set "Instructor Use Only Assign Student Pass Status" to students.

Disable two factor authentication
How can I disable the two-factor authentication. Half of the times I give correct codes, and the system doesn't accept them.
I know it's not secure with just a login and password, (strike that) just a e-mail and password, because my login stopped working when the login system last summer.

Course search improvement.
.After some time instructor could have wide list of courses with different status. An import of students from one course to another it is hard to find necessary entry. The same is for sending messages to students of a certain group. The context search would help a lot with finding necessary item.

Mobile Web Design elements missing
On my Tablet the I'm Teaching Page is opened automatically, but I'm Not able to Switch to I'm learning and to logoff, etc. Maybe the Mobile Design needs some optimisation ;-)

Login process: why twice?
As Sanrdra Ray has written again and again, the Login process to Netacad is still defective:
- most times the first Log In --> Login click fails, i.e. nothing happens (on Win10, Chrome 78.0.3904.108 64 bits)

Log-Into actual cours issues
When logged into NetAcad.com, then clicking on "Launch Course, I often have to clear History & Cookies, or I get a message "Log Into Your Course First" Can this be fixed?

Add topics to the Index pages of ITE 7
When entering the Chapters of IT Essentials 7, neither the Modules list, nor the Access page of each Chapter show the TOPIC of the Chapter.
You have to actualy open the first Chapter page to see the TOPIC. Missing Menue on IOS-Safari and Firefox Landing Page
Sometimes I use my iPad to access my NetAcad Account.
When I see the home/I’m teaching page in landscape format, there is no menue button in the upper left corner of the page. When I turn my iPad on edge the menue button is visible.
Is the menue in landscape position missing on purpose?
It‘s annoying that I have to turn the iPad on edge if I want to use the menue.This happens in safari and Firefox on my iPad (6. Generation) IOS 13.3.1
How can you make Cisco NetAcad better? Please make the menue visible.

Problem: De-Register Students from class
Class more than 50 students
I can only remove a student from the first 15, but only once.
After that, "De-Register" is not active.
- class Unpublish / Publish: "De-Register" available again for the first 15 Students.
It only works the first time the page is accessed and only for the first 15 students.
Display of 50 students: don't works
Sort by name: don't works
Search by name: don't works
Refresh page: don't works
