Problem with PKA in Lab 12.6.6, for CCNA 1 (ITN) Portuguese Brazil.
The cable that should connect the Accounting server is not present in this language version of this assessment. See image. Needs a fix as soon as possible as it may be a longtime standing bug.

10.4.3 Packet Tracer Check Result Error
10.4.3 Packet Tracer's one of scenario has problem with Ipv6 Adresses. In Scenario and Check Results's IPv6 addresses are different. So the students can not reach %100 of succes rate. Please check this issue.

Bad grading in Networking Essentials Quizzes
In the chapter quizzes in Networking Essentials, getting even one question wrong drops the students grade to around 50% for that quiz. How is the being computed? It seems to make no sense.

Error Meassage - ITEv7 Practice Final Exam (Chapters 1-9)
October 14, 2019 - I activated the ITEv7 practice final exam one in Cisco Networking Academy just like I have activated all other exams, but my students are receiving the below message when they try to access it. I deleted my first activation and reactivated it again but they (more than one student) are still receiving the error message (screenshot attached). I tried activating both practice final exams but they still receive the error message.

We have created a Support Desk ticket for you. Most of the time this issue can be resolved by the student from their I’m Learning page and the “Refresh Grades” button.

Assignments - Manage Activations
The functionality of assignment, management activation "is very rudimentary.
e.g .: An active exam cannot be deleted. The exam cannot be deleted via Bulk Activation either.

Thank you for adding a suggestion. This idea has been brought to the assessment team Please keep in mind exam activations can be de-activated. While the activation will still appear under the “Available Activations” window until the logon period expires, the assessment can be deactivated and the student will not be able to access it. If you have any questions, please contact the Support Desk.

Create my own Exam in addition to Cisco NA
I want to create additional exams of my own, for my class.
Multiple choice, true false, short answer, calculations for IP Subnetting etc.Students should be able to access it after activation, like other NA Exams.

Instructors have the ability to create their own quizzes in their courses. Some of the options you listed are available currently. As Cisco looks to enhance the Cisco NetAcad experience over the next several months, more quiz question types will become available. If you have any questions, please contact the Support Desk.

copy quiz from one class to another
I wish we can be able to copy (export and import) a quiz from one class to another. Because entering the same class twice take a lot of time.

A student here made his final and skills earlier this week, I marked hem as "finished", and I would like to get his letter and certificate for CCNA 3. Why doesn't it work anymore???

Students may have to click on the “Refresh Status” link on their I’m Learning page or instructors can click on the “Refresh Grades” link in their course details page. This information has been added to the FAQs to help individuals that experience issues. If the letter or certificates are still not available, please contact the Support Desk.
Note: This will change as we move to the New Platform Experience.

Improve Listed Quiz Question
In Networking Essentials, Quiz Ch 5. The question "Fill in the blank:
Transport layer ports 1 through ____________ are used to indentify well-known ports."The answer you have is "port 1023." However, that is grammatically incorrect and a poor choice with a fill in the blank question. The answer should be "1023." Please note the "s" in "ports" prior to the number "1." This would indicate that ONLY the number is needed in the blank. Also, the number is the relevant part of the answer. Requiring the word "port" makes no sense.

Bad answer in Networking Essential Quiz
Networking Essentials, Ch 8 Quiz
The question, "Fill in the blank:
Cisco 1941 router have one console port with an RJ-45 interface and a second console port with a ___________ interface."Is expecting the answer "USB." The answer in the reading material is "mini USB." This is a poor question for a fill in the blank. I have no problems with "USB" being the answer, but marking it wrong if the student gives the book answer of "mini USB" is wrong. Either both answers should be accepted or this should be a multiple choice question.

Networking Essentials, Bad PT in Practice Final
The Packet Tracer item in the practice final has a list of things for the student to do in order to reach the web server and get the answer for the question. However, there is one thing missing and the student is NOT asked to do it, so they have to troubleshoot the PT in order to get the answer. The problem is that the wireless router has NO IP address on the WAN link.

I have opend a Support Ticket for this item. All issues regarding the Curriculum and Assessment content need to go through the Support Desk to be reviewed. We than work with the Curriculum and Assessment team to correct items.

Grade Book Poor
I am having many issues with this new horrible gradebook. Please use the other grade book so we can easy modify and have the availability for students to upload work to be graded.

Lisibility of assessments
Make sure every answer proposed in a assessment page is visible. I didn't achieve a 100 pourcent note because I didn't see there was more than 2 answers available (Question about the result of ls, ls - lr, ls -l, ... command in which I thougt their was only 2 answers).

Issue with Network Essentials
FYI to the Network Essentials team: The Ch 9 quiz has a scoring error - the best a student can do is 50%. All the other quizz scorings are fine.

Questionable Module Group Exam Question
The attached image shows a question in the ENSA first Module Group Exam for
Module 2.
The question uses the standard network mask instead of the wildcard mask and
the explanation of the answer references the wildcard mask.Yes, I understand that the IOS now allows entering the subnet mask instead
of the wildcard mask when configuring a network statement. So, this question might
be easier for new learners to answer, but the explanation references using
a wildcard mask when the answers presented are clearly NOT using wildcard

How do students submit assignments
I am somewhat new to the Netspace. When I click on an assignment while viewing it as a student, I do not see anything like "submit" where a student may upload an a Word doc assignment.
I know I am just missing something but I have to have three classes ready to go in about a month and I want to make sure I am on top of it.

Thank you for the feedback. Students will have the option to “Add Submission” when the assignment has been set up to allow submission types and the due date has not passed. If you continue to see issues with this, please contact the Support Desk.

before there use to be a option for creating our own quiz using existing all quiz. that facility is no more, Its a great facility please provide the facility
