Three Enhancement Requests on the User Profile in PT Assignments
I require students to enter their name in the User Profile and the date in the Additional Info field for PT assignments. In some cases the User Profile window does not pop up automatically so I provide what I call "Initial Guidance" on how to do this. It would be nice it was always displayed the first time they launch the PT.
Second, in some cases, when they enter their name in the User Profile, the PT assignment is not resetting to 0. This means they could share their work, have the beneficiary simply change the name and be done…

Thank you for posting. We are looking into the 3rd item, user information and how to display this differently. They are hoping to have this in the next version of Packet Tracer.

Re-enable tests for expired exams
If the exam (e.g. final) is open for a short time (e.g. 60 minutes - default period for final exam) and a student submission fails beyond this period (say, e.g. after 70 minutes, which is still withing the default period for passing the final test), in Manage assessment there is no option to re-enable incomplete attempt (this is vaailable only for currently open exams), It would help much is some cases if this option existed.

Password Protect Exams
In our distance learning classes we require exams to be taken at our testing center on campus. It would be very helpful for these exams to be able to have a password assigned so that proctors at the testing center can make the exam available to the student. Without this type of check in place the student can take the exam anywhere they want, which is not what we desire.

Figure out some way to include module numbers covered by assessments in CCNA courses when activating assessments
Since version 7.0 of the CCNA courses came out the module numbers do not show on the assessment server pages (create and manage activations). The assessments do not appear in any order that makes sense either. This means that when activating or managing an assessment I need to go back to the main page of the course and find the name of the assessment under the list of modules and then go to the assessment page and find that assessment.
This is a UX disaster! Really, when working with multiple assessments it wastes a considerable amount of time flipping back…

Change the order of exams in Assessment View to match the Module order.
Change the order of exams in Assessment View to match the Module order. For example, in Introduction to Networks, Module 4-7, Ethernet Concepts is the second assessment shown in Student View. It is the fourth assessment listed in Assessment View.
Very confusing. Just make Assessment View match Student View.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are not able to implement this change in the assessment center. You may find it easier to go to the individual chapter links and than click the assessment viewer. This will only bring up the one assessment.

Quizzes
The "Check Your Understanding" quizzes are useful, but another quiz at the end of each section that the students can't click to get the right answers would be extremely useful.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are not able to implement additional quizzes to courses at this time. We encourage instructors to create their own quizzes for students.

Comments section when grading - File Attachment option?
It would be good to allow instructors to attach files with comments on them in the comment section of the grade book.

customized Quiz as final exam
For older versions, the default final exam can be replaced by a customized exam, as all exam answers are available on the Internet. Can't we have this option with this new platform? In this way, we can have a different exam for each group and validate the skills of each student appropriately. With the new platform, students must take the default Final exam within the course in order to get the certificate. With a quiz proposed by the instructor, they are not considered eligible for the course certificate

This would be helpful for motivation purposes, and encourage students to participate actively.
This used to be available in previous versions of Net Academy.

Instructors have the ability to see a student’s quiz history from the Grades and than Grade history. This does not show the end of chapter quizzes in the curriculum.

Access to edit exam settings
Access to exam settings so we can change the due date, set minimum grade, set activity completion, and restrict access.

Due dates for exams listed next to the exam in the homepage
In the old LMS, we could set the due dates for the exams, and these were listed next to the exam name. Can you please add this feature just like you added it to the assignments? This was helpful for both the student and the instructor. Now, there is NO indication for the student or instructor of when the exam is due.

Remove Activations by Instructor
Allow for Activations to be removed when all students have been deactivated. There is no reason to retain the entries that have been replaced.

Show the chapter numbers in assessment description
To decide which exam I will enable I need the number, especially in the comlete confusing German translation. I know there is such a same proposal but I cannot vote!!!

One recommendation is to use the individual exam links in the course instead of the assessment center.

The names of Exams should include the chapter numbers
If numbers of chapters related to the exam are included in the exam title, it would be easier for the teacher to find the proper exam to activate.
