1. Rebrand DevNet

   imho - This is not a CCNA level as per the content of the CCNA 3 class, Enterprise Networking, Security and Automation (ENSA), 14. 5.3, "We are rapidly moving away from a world where a network administrator manages a few dozen network devices, to one where they are deploying and managing hundreds, thousands, and even tens of thousands of complex network devices (both physical and virtual) with the help of software. This transformation is quickly spreading from its beginnings in the data center, to all places in the network."

   CCNA is for networks with user in the hundreds, not with thousands of networking devices. That is why this has always been a mismatch in the academy.
   I'd relabel and position the course as a "practical" programming or experience class to further skills, but not an entry level networking class.

3. Create a Bridge Course for IT Essentials & Intro to Networks for CCST Networking

   I'd like to suggest that Cisco create a bridging course for teachers who teach IT Essentials & Intro to Networks. This course would have the additional material that is not covered in these 2 courses.

5. improve appearience

   Reduce or hide the header and or the bottom background while reading the content.
   (I'm seeing the content in a laptop with 1366x768 resolution)
   - There is a big header mentioning the chapter title.
   - And a section in the bottom to see next chapter or exam.
   * Ant then there's too little space in between to read the curriculum.

   Thank you for posting to Share Idea.  We recommend trying the new Python courses in the Skills for All site.  The layout of the curriculum is different than Cisco NetAcad.

6. filing bugreports should be easier

   1.
   Filing a bugreport against a curriculum is too cumbersome. You have to take these steps:
   a. Go to the ? Icon
   b. Click "NetAcad Support"
   c. Go through the chat bot? I do not want to talk to a robot first. Then, you will be asked if your question was answered, and if you say "no" you should get a link to "contact the Support Desk"
   d. Fill out the subject and description above the live chat button, and click "Create Ticket". But you cannot immediately add a screenshot/picture/attachment?

   You could also email at netacadsupport@netacad.com, should you want to add a screenshot/picture/attachment, but cases filed like that do not (immediately?) appear in "My Cases" (using the ? icon -> My Support Cases) Better would be, that you could file a bugreport directly from within the curriculum itself. The "Share idea" concept... but then "File bugreport". I understand that "The Support Desk" primarily communicates directly with instructors and partners, and that you ask that your direct email is not provided to students, as a student's first point of contact should always be their instructor whenever possible. A solution would be, to only allow "instructors" to file bug reports from within the curriculum and not students.

   3.
   Last, it is very annoying, that bugs that are fixed, are only implemented/visible, when the curriculum refreshes... That means, once you "publish" a course, say 7.02, all those fixed bugs are only implemented, until version, say, 7.03 appears. Could take a whole year or even more!?
   We are almost 2023. You are Cisco/Netacad. Bugfixes should be able to be visible "immediately" for students to "enjoy".

7. Reinstate the build-a-switch-and-router-network.pksz Tutorial

   The tutorial PT file build-a-switch-and-router-network.pksz was in CCNA1 version 7.01, but seems to have not been included in the version 7.02 curriculum. I enjoyed using this in class for students to practice basic configuration skills.

   Thank you for posting to Share Idea.  We are unable to implement bringing this back at this time.  We do have something that might be similar for you in Chapter 10.4.4.

8. Bring back ITE pretest

   Is there any chance that the curriculum development team will bring back the pre-test in the ITEv8 course? It was an extremely helpful tool and really gave the kids a chance to see how they did over the course of a school year. (Also kept admin happy because we had numbers to crunch.)

11. Syntax Checker

    I would like to require students to complete the Syntax Checker activities during class and I go around check them. Is there a way to make a message appear after a Syntax Checker is completed indicated whether the student clicked the "Show" or "Show All" button? This would indicate they didn't actual complete it on their own.

16. Export Grade book feedback to students

    The Cisco Networking Academy at River Valley Community College uses the new Cisco Moodle platform and it works really well.

    There are a few improvements that we have found as instructors that would help speed up the instructor response to students.

    As far as meeting Federal Guidelines with Hybrid and Asynchronous courses we need to show our interaction with students on the weeks that they do not meet face-to-face with the instructor(s).

    I provide feedback to the students when I am grading their assignments within the Cisco Moodle platform. Our college uses Canvas for all of our courses and I provide a link to Netacad in my Cisco courses for the students. All of my assignments are added to the Cisco Moodle courses.

    The issue I have is that now I have feedback in the Cisco Moodle course but when I export the grade book that feedback does not come over into the .csv spreadsheet file.

    Administration reviews our Canvas courses for student / instructor engagement but they do not see anything in the Canvas course for my Cisco courses. I need to re-create all assignments in Canvas and copy and paste my feedback to show administration that the Cisco courses do have student / instructor engagement.

    Can we export the grade book into a .csv file and include the feedback on assignments?
