Hide NetAcad Students from manage users
First time I noticed the button to hide students when you look at an Academy's userlist. If it has been there all along, stupid me! If it is a new option, GREAT IDEA! It provides sufficient filtering to different the few instructor/management people from the MANY student names!

Migrate students from Academy Connection to Netspace
After the 1st of July, the Academy Connection will be closed.
All our students will lose access to the Cisco Academy material.

Materiales y programas junto con la Arquitectura de 64 bits, multipltaforma
Tanto instructores como alumnos disponemos ya de equipos actualizados, sobretodo nuestros equipos personales y las tecnologías actuales también se han ido actualizando progresivamente. Existen muchos de los instructores (imagino) que no solo usan windows como sistema operativo predeterminado, quizás muchos como yo usan otros sistemas, sean Mac o muchas veces Linux y no solo de 32 bits sino ya de 64 bits. Si yo quisiera usar programas brindados por la academia de Cisco los podré ejecutar en mi Linux de 64 bits??

Resetting of passwords should also be possible in manage users
Student passwords can only be resetted in the class management.
It should also be possible under the manage tab in manage users because not every user is enrolled in a class6 votes -

Change Teacher to Instructor
I believe it is better to change the roll teacher to instructor under the course name. Because all the time we use the term "Instructor" and every where we have it. And actually we are instructors. Because we guide the students.

Create a "Find student" option
I would like to see a "Find option" at "Enrolled students", this help in case a lot of students enrolled and save time looking for. I dont know if is implemented.

Modifying Blocks of Assignments
It would save a tremendous amount of time if I could modify blocks of assignments at the same time. For example; if I could select multiple assignments and change the submission from none to "online submission".
Editing Assignments one by one is extremely time consuming and for old people like me ... prone to errors. Occasionally I forget to set the submission section. So it would be very helpful from a time and accuracy stand point to be able to modify the common properties of multiple assignments.3 votes -

If you’d like to permanently delete your course, you can do so under settings from your course home page. Permanently Delete this Course is in the blue section on the right. Please be aware that once your course is deleted, you cannot get it back. Thank you! -

Give us back Academy Connection
After a few days of setting up a class and figuring out a migration method that works for my students, setting up Assessments....sorry Assignments and seeing how the exams look. I am over Academy NetSpace.
Sorry but really the Academy Connection is easier by a country mile to use and we can do things like custom batch exam activations. We can see 15 questions per page in chapter exams. Students can check their own answers for self-assessment. Useful things! Sorry but I am yet to be convinced of a single benefit in the move to NetSpace. I am confused as…1 votePaul, Thank you for the feedback and sorry that you are not pleased with the NetSpace platform. Our intent is to provide a great teaching environment with flexibility and capacity for the future. The prior solution had reached it’s limitations.
We know we’re not there yet. The specific items you’ve mentioned are some of our highest priorities and you will see ongoing improvements throughout the next several months.
Hope that helps a little. Please continue to let us know how we can make NetSpace better.

Problem with tutorials
The tutorials do not always work on my computer and when they do are very slow so I cannot complete the required training before I can access my students accounts and start teaching with this website. Is there an alternative way to access the site that is less hungry on resources. Very frustrating as I need to start using the site. The old academy was very fast.

Editing class settings
This is not a new idea - it's to do with using a feature that is not yet functioning as expected.
To change a class's settings of Start Date, End Date, etc., the Help FAQ "Edit Course Info" instructs:
1. Begin at the Netspace Home Page and click on the Class name, under "Teach".
2. Then click on "Settings" and on that Settings page, click "Edit Course Details".
3. However, nothing is editable, so I guess the web team would wish to rectify and enable this feature here.Our Help Chat line came in handy here - Francine F. instructed…

I havent found any way to create blended distance learning students. i urgently needed to create such class so kindly reply me quickly.

Can you give us a little more detail on exactly what you are trying to do. When you add students to a class they will receive an email inviting them to join the class whether they are local or distance. Please provide more information on what you are looking for.Thanks!
