  1. Clarify NetAcad users' roles

    I would appreciate if a comprehensive document with all activities/tasks allowed to each role within NetyAcad could be provided. Something like a comparative table between contact, staff, success lead, asc academy specialist, instructor user roles and best practice/suggested use for this roles.

    The old version of netacad had a link to live chat from the ASC's manage tab. We need this back

  3. Change "Estoy dictando"

    Dictator has a negative connotation, better if say "Estoy Impartiendo"

    English: Request to change the I'm Teaching tab name when profile is in Spanish

  4. Name of Course on New Interface pages (Aug 2016 release)

    (The new interface released August 2016) Could you place the name of the course on the top of the Assignment, Grades, etc pages in the large white blank space, as appeared in the past and on the current home page? With multiple pages,links and courses open, it's difficult to know which course I'm viewing.

  5. Add the Canvas Scheduler to our tools

    I will be teaching a high school blended/distance learning CCNA class. It would be very valuable to have the Canvas Scheduler as an available tool. The Scheduler would allow my students to "sign up" for available "virtual office hours" appointments. I would then know how many students to expect during Webex conferences and physical labs at my satellite locations.
