deactivation is not resetting the old activated dates. bulk activation never get updated in the assignment list.

Bulk Deactivation is found under the ‘Activation Tool’ page not the ‘Assignments’ page. If you have any issues with the tool then please contact the Help Desk and they will be able to assist you further.
