I have worked at the Madison Area Technical College Cisco Academy for 13 years. I am certified to teach students in ccna and it essentials. I work with all the instructors here setting up their classes and enrolling their students, turning on exams when needed, looking at student logon issues etc. The new system is frustrating to me as we are an ITC. I would like to be able to be added in an instructor capacity to help the instructors with administrative tasks for their class.
