Now that it seems that Chapter Quizes are no longer available by default when a course is published (I didn't see any notification of this "new feature") two problems need to be addressed.

(1) As the Attachment-01 shows there is an inconsistency between the little green cloud icons on the Course Modules page, which denote that the item is published, when in fact for Quizes, none are published and consequently students cannot access them.
Only after the green cloud is clicked to "unpublish" an item does it then turn grey - but it
's already "unpublished"! (See Attachment-02) If all Quizes are unpublished by default then their initial status should be denoted by a grey cloud, not a green cloud, on the Course Modules page.
(2) As instructors now have to individually publish each Chapter Quiz, could we please have a "publish all" tool, similar to the Activation Tool for batch activation of Chapter Exams, for those instructors who do not set up and manage Chapter Quizes individually?
