R&S Curriculum seems to be missing VTP topic
Maybe it is on purpose but we appear to have no VTP topic in CCNA 2 Routing & Switching Essentials. There is at least on quesiton on the final exam relating to VTP. It is a major topic in the old Exploration CCNA 3 curriculum.
Paul, there is a small reference to VTP in Chapter 3: VLANs 3.2.1.1 VLAN Ranges on Catalyst Switches. VTP is no longer part of the certification anymore, but is still introduced to students in the course. -NetAcad Support

VTP is no longer a CCNA R&S Certification Exam topic - it's gone.

As this is a curriculum question it is better raised in the appropriate curriculum Community Forum - this Feedback feature is really for NetSpace ideas -

VLAN Trunking Protocol is covered in CCNA version 4:
Discovery - Introducing Routing and Switching for the Enterprise - Chapter 3.5.1 & 3.5.2
Exploration - LAN Switching and Wireless - Chapter 4
Where is it in CCNA version 5? -

I haven't heard anything back on this other than Kamel's supporting comment.

I agree with you! VTP is missing in CCNA R&S, I think it is not very important topic!
