commentedIf the NetAcad project is not to be confined to several universities and a small number of training centres, it has to reach out to people in their native language. No that it is too hard either, translating the courses was way more complex, and a commitment much greater. If the investment in course translation is to be protected, then system messages must be translated as well.

Alexander Scherbinin commented This issue has been a long standing one. We as an ASC spend quite some time on emails and phone calls to explain to academies, for example, how to attach to an ASC. We even had to make a screenshot-filled guide to explain, what to do. Learning English is great, no doubt, but in my opinion, such communication should be as clear and easy to understand, as possible.
