Assesment re-enable problem
Only one student can not take CH8 PT exam, because he saw:" Instructor must re-enable.", but I as Instructor saw:"enable" and disable didnt work. (He didnt start this assesment before.) So we waited until assesment expired and then I try to start assesment again. BUT! I cant see this student on the Student card on this assesment! What can I do? "Help" on main page doesnt work.

hello,
My name is Nelly, doing CCNA1.
I did my chapter 7 exam but after finishing, I didn't get my grade.
It says "instructor must re-enable" and it doesn't seem to work even after my instructor had tried.How do i get my grade to reflect?
if not possible, how do we re-enable so that i can re-sit the same exam?thanks.

Most of my students did not complete a Chapter 1 Assessment. The error they get when they try to re-do is "Instructor to re-enable". I have tried the usual procedure to re-enable but they still get the same error. Kindly advise.
