Can we simplify the curriculum error reporting. Currently we need to collect information and give to the help desk via chat or email....Unless there is a better way I am unaware of. It takes too much time and does there is no encouragement for taking the time and making the effort.
Can we have an error reporting template that we can fill in and click send. Possibly the ability to include screen captures will be helpful. I have found at least 3 packet tracer activities that are broken but at the time I found them I was very busy and couldn't stop for 10 minutes to report the problem.
