How send the "Thank You" to ASC

But not found option to send "Gracias"
What is I do wrong?

Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately there is no “Thanks” button in NetSpace to send gratitude to an academy’s ASC. If your academy would like to thank their ASC, please use the Message tool in the NetSpace communities or email.
