Password protection on exams
It would be nice to be able to set a password for exams. I like to schedule my exams in advance for each class so I don't take classtime to do this. However, if one or more students do not show up for class, they still have access to the exam. I have had students take the exam outside of class and I don't want them to be able to do this. Setting a password would monitor this in that only the students who show up for class would be given the password. This is possible in most LMS systems that I have used.

Hi Carolyn, This is from the Assessment team….This is a great suggestion. We can add it to our future enhancement list. However, in the meantime, you can go into the exam either from Assignments or the Activation Tool, click Manage Activations, select the specific exam form, select the Students tab and click “Deactivate” for the particular student on the day of the exam. This will accomplish the same result.
