Deactivate ALL activations when a course is deleted
If you activate exams in a class and then need to delete the class for whatever reason, the activations still remain active. This creates 'Inactive' status in another class once created. It would be nice to have all activations automatically deactivated when a course is deleted.

This is a great idea. There are several situations when tests should be deactivated. If a course is deleted is one, but also when a student is removed from a course. If they subsequently sign up for a different course (another instructor) even if they have been deleted from the first course all the old activations remain in "no-man's land" and this causes lots of problems!
