Hi Francesco,

To permanently delete a user – click on the gear icon next your class from the NetSpace home page. Under Enrolled Students, check the name you wish to delete then click the gear icon (top right of the student section), delete selected is the last option.

To change the e-mail address of a registered user – the student should be able to go into their profile settings and change their e-mail address. If the student has forgotten their password, you can also reset their password.
