The "Delete" button must be active only when inside group are instructor-defined assignments with delete rights.
When deleting for example the assignment group "Access Course Content" it also deletes the Assignment "Launch the CCNA Exploration... course" (even that the assignment is not removable/editable) from inside group and brokes the functionality of "Launch course" from the course home page which further returns "Page error". And there is no way to reset course settings to defaults or to restore only that assignment.

A temporary workaround was to create a temporary class and copy that link to external tool in a new defined assignment in the old class, and after that make changes to the "Launch course" button link.

Another useful thing is to maintain some (10-20) "Course actions history" and to revert a previous wrong action to assignments, files or pages etc. within course. Thanks.
