ASC services
It would be great if you can enhance privileges of the ASC officer to be able to do all operations fro the supported academies. This might be achieved if the Support center main contact is automatically enrolled to all of his academies with a sufficient role that enables him to accomplish and help doing daily operations.
This will help as as ASC to do the support services requested as many of the main contacts do not know well how to interact with the system . This will also saves a lot of time rather than waiting and contacting academy officers to contact help desk. It will be better also if ASC have the ability to change the main contacts of the academy temporarily to test or achieve requested operations quickly.

This request now becomes very critical with the demise of instructor telephone access to the Academy Help Desk! We need someone, somewhere that has the access privileges and view into the system that the Help Desk staff had.
