Add aditional user role at the institutions
I think it might be useful for some people to add additional user role under the ASC/ITC/CA of "institution employee". There is currently e.g. ASC Staff role. However this role also do have permission (more like admin). Sometimes there is a need to have the person enrolled under the ASC (e.g. cooperating institution - NRP) which is in close relationship to the institution, but should not be able to manage the institution.
Here is an example. We as an Academy Support Center do have couple of people which are responsible for solving issues for the academies. There are: 1 NetAcad contact, 2 ASC advisors and couple of other employees. As I do not want to grant to other employees permission to manage academies in the system, but I want to identify their relationship to our institution - It would be great, if there will be additional role - like, just Employee without any specific permissions.
I see also a benefit of it in case of other systems which are using the single-sign-on where we need to identify just relationship to the institution and we do not want to grant permission to manage anything in NetSpace environment.

I just checked on this and unfortunately, we aren’t planning to create the additional role you mentioned at this time. We will keep it in mind and revisit it in the future. Thank you!
