Place to record interactions with students
I know that there is a place that records our messages, but being able to record comments that the student does not necessarily need to see.

What I am looking for is a place to record interactions with students. Say we had a meeting today and these are the outcomes of that meeting which the student should have access to. Or student X is behaving badly in class this is my plan to counter that behavior, which the student should not be able to see.
This is for our record keeping and for our continual self improvement procedures. At the moment we record these in a separate system. It would be good to be able to have these types of records all in one place.
