Move the Student Enrollment and Password Functionality to the "People" tab within Course
This is feedback from an instructor regarding the number of steps required to reset passwords and delete students from the "Cog" tool on the NetSpace home page

Functionalities are separate to allow control of class setup and enrollments within the NetWorking Academy policieis. Currently no plans to the move the functionality into the classroom.
