Could you please give us back our access to create new classes on academy connection? At least while netspace is not working as it should.
Jozef, sorry that you are frustrated with your experience with NetSpace. The answer to your question is no, we don’t have any way to give back your access to Academy Connection. We would however, like to solve the problems you are having with NetSpace. If you haven’t done so already, please contact the help desk with the details of your situation so we can get them solved.

I had had to contact them via Live help in the old Academy Connection simply because when I click on Help in NetSpace (either via the Help link in the top right corner, or via Communities->Support->time-sensitive) I am redirected to the homepage of Netspace! No help in NetSpace :-( How sad.btw: I have created an instructor class that I am teaching from tomorrow - even tho I have created the class and I am one of the instructors in that class, I am unable to enroll or manage that class - I can see only an error message "You do not have the roles required to access this portlet.". These are things that I am expecting to be fixed in less than 24 hours. How should I explain tomorrow to our "customers" - new instructors - that I am unable to enroll them into their instructor class?
I know/hope that NetSpace will fix those issues in time and eventually most of the functionality from AC will be available in NetSpace. I just think that it was a bad decision to cut off normal access to AC for those who were willing to upgrade to NetSpace.
