Institution Student ID is missing in "Grades" and "People"
When instructor create a student class,the instructor may also include "institution Student ID" info when enroll students into the course. While this "institution Student ID" information is not available in gradebook ("Grades") and "People" in Netspace. At this time, "grades" only shows student email as secondary ID, while "institution Student ID" is the best unique ID for class management. Is there anyway to show "institution Student ID" in gradebook in Netspace?

Hello,
Thank you for all of your suggestions and comments. Until we can further develop and analyze the Institution Student ID functionality, we have decided to remove the field from the NetSpace User Interface. I apologize in advance for any frustration this may cause and ask for your patience as we work on the best way to support the Institution Student IDs.

After enrolling students there is need to show the assigned ID of students to help during the next enrollment. the First Name Last Name Screen Name Email Last Login Reset Password Certificates/Letters are reflected but we need also the student assigned ID reflected also

I have same question but i think it should be also necessary to add student id/ Unique # at their certificates because it can increase worth of certificates and helpful to differentiate certificates of the same name students.

Institution ID is the one unique Key that enables accurate student identification and accurate data interchange between systems. -

It's a serious issue especially for non-English Academy. -

The issue is serious. The first, the student can modify the First Name, Last Name, email, screen name any time he want. How will the instructor to identify who is who in the "Grades"?The second, not all the country use "English Name" as usual. Display English name in "Grades" is almost unusable for the academy of non-English country.
In the Academy Connection system, we use "academy connection ID" in "grade book" to relation the student enroll list which contains the "Student ID number" to identify who is who. But in NetSpace, there is no way to do this.
