Add an option in assignment activation to permit student to retry incomplete attempt without teacher intervention.
Sometime I want student to do assignment at home but when they start it and leave it unfinish (for some reason), I always have to re-enable it student by student. That will be great if student can have a option "I will continue this assignment later" after they start it.

You can do this now by “unchecking” Instructor Must Re-enable Incomplete Assessments: either in your Activation Profile located in the Activation Tool or when you Create an Advanced Activation. If you leave it unchecked, then the student can take additional attempts. This option is allowed on the chapter and practice exams but not on the finals.

Yes, I've call them Assignments because they are under the "Assignments" menu and since I have my interface in french/english, I see "Examen" under Assignments. So, I don't know how they are named in english :o)
