Thanks for the question. The feedback gets reviewed by an internal Networking Academy team that includes representatives from the helpdesk, product management, user advocacy, and the communication team.
We try to respond to feedback within a few days—sooner if possible.
To review all feedback and responses, click on the feedback tab and then select “browse ideas” in the upper left corner, that will take you to the feedback forum.
