Add a search feature to Manage Users
When looking for a particular user, it would be nice to have a search feature. I noticed it is all alphabetical which is nice; however with several pages of users, it would be nice to do a quick search and find a user.
Good news! You can now filter out students, increase the number of viewable users and use your browser’s “find” to find a user!

I needed to add a newly "blessed" instructor to our Academy. It would have been much easier if I had the ability to search for his user account and select him, rather than add a "New" user and hope I didn't make an error typing his email address, which according to Help Desk is the only piece of information that ties his existing account to my "New" account.

Hi,Kimberly, we need a search button as in netacad. Other things are unuseful. Several supported academies are complaining. Thanks.

Hi Kimberly, ...mmm, I'm sorry but I still cannot find the search feature in the manage users tab

Ben,
Thanks for your comment. We understand this could still be an issue for some, but most academies have far less than 75 non-student users which is the maximum you can show on one browser page. If you click on the filter students button, you should be able to show all non-student users and find them quickly. -

What is the path to access this new feature? I wan't to test it. I tried to find it on the NetSpace, but I didn't find it =(

This hasn't been delivered. There is still no way to do a search and find a specific user. The browser find utility can only search users on the current page, if you have multiple pages of users you cannot search through all of them.

Please add the password reset feature related to quick search. One of the biggest challenge is to reset student password if you not teach class where this student was enrolled.

The sort function now seems to ONLY work on Last Name, no matter what you click - first, last or email - they all end up with a last name sort! Sorting or selecting on role as well as Academy ID is essential! TOTALLY agree!

Yes, completely agree and I would like to see the current class for found users and not only Academy ID and e-mail.

Thanks for adding alpha functionality - that was one of my pet peeves with the former roster system - now we can see student names listed correctly on our rosters - THANKS!
