Student Initial login
We have had multiple requests today from the Support Desk were Instructor do not like having to use emails for student initial registration. Some students are in high school and do not have school emails, and do not have access to personal emails from school. Instructors also mentioned that some students so not have internet access at home so it is a hassle to get students registered. They would like it more like AC where instructors see the initial id and initial password.

NetSpace now has the ability to use seat tokens to add students to a course. The student information is not needed by the instructor to generate seat tokens.

Hi John, it would really be great if instructors could reset student passwords. Not all course delegates might have access to web based email accounts, or their companies does not support IMAP. The result is that the lecturer cannot really help them to resolve the problem while in class.
